Who we are

What we collect

• Information you give us. Name, phone number, email address, service address, company name and whatever you type into a quote request, job application or email. We only get this because you sent it.
• Basic usage data. Standard web analytics — pages viewed, roughly where the visit came from, what kind of device. Used to see which pages are useful, not to identify you.
• Nothing else. We do not collect payment card details on this site. Booking and billing run through our service portal, which handles that under its own terms.

Why we collect it

To quote your job, deliver and service containers, invoice you, answer your questions, and consider you for a role if you applied for one. That is the entire list.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information. Not to anyone, at any price.
• We do not rent or trade your contact details to other haulers, brokers or lead sellers.
• We do not send marketing email to people who did not ask for it or do business with us.

Who else touches it

A few service providers process data on our behalf so the site and the business work: our web host, our form-delivery provider, our analytics provider, and our booking and billing portal. They are permitted to use it only to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. If we run advertising, ad platforms may set their own cookies to measure whether an ad led to a call or a form submission.

How long we keep it

Customer and job records are kept as long as needed to run the account and meet tax, insurance and legal obligations. Quote requests that never become jobs are kept only as long as they are useful, then deleted.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it, and we will — unless we are legally required to keep it.
• Ask us to stop contacting you, and we will stop.

Children

This is a commercial waste hauling site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we limit who inside the company can see customer records. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not hold card numbers or government IDs on this website.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
