Roll-off containers built around contractor schedules - 10 to 40-yard boxes with same- and next-day delivery, fast on-call swaps, and flat per-pull pricing. For GCs, roofers, demo crews, remodelers and restoration contractors across Florida.
Murphy Waste Systems provides construction and demolition roll-off service across Broward and south Palm Beach County. We work with general contractors, roofers, demolition and restoration crews, remodelers and property managers who need a container on site when they said they needed it — and swapped when it's full.
We're family-owned and based in Fort Lauderdale, which means short drive times, a direct line to someone who can dispatch a truck, and flat per-pull pricing with tonnage right on the scale ticket. No call center, no surprise line items.
Sized for the job - from a bath gut to a full tear-down. Same- and next-day delivery, with on-call swaps to keep the site moving.
New builds and major renovations with dependable swaps so your crew is never waiting on a container.
Tear-off containers sized for shingle and tile weight, placed close to the drop zone. Busy through storm season.
30 and 40-yard roll-offs with fast turnarounds for interior and structural demo.
Kitchen, bath and whole-home projects - driveway-friendly placement that protects the client's property.
Water, fire and storm restoration crews who need a container on site fast, often same day.
Turnovers, cleanouts and capital projects across a portfolio, with one number to call.
Heads up on heavy material: concrete, brick, dirt and shingles get heavy fast. For clean concrete or dirt loads a 10-yard is usually the right call — we'll tell you up front rather than send a truck that can't legally haul it. Clean concrete, asphalt, brick and stone can also come to our aggregates yard, which is frequently cheaper than tipping.
Not every load belongs in a container. A grapple truck carries a hydraulic knuckle-boom claw behind the cab and an open box on the back — the operator reaches out, picks material straight off the ground and loads it. No box to set, no laborers throwing debris over a rail. Anything already in a pile, anything oversized, anything spread across a site: the grapple is faster, and on a lot of jobs it is the only truck that works.
We run grapple alongside the roll-off fleet, so it is one company, one point of contact and one invoice for both.
| Roll-Off Container | Grapple Truck | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Material that accumulates over days with room to set a box | Debris already on the ground, or generated faster than a box can hold |
| Oversized items | Limb, mattress and furniture jam the box and waste airspace | Grabbed and loaded whole — oversize is the point |
| Space needed | A clear, level footprint for the length of the job | Only room for the truck to park and swing the boom |
| Labor | Your crew loads it | Our operator loads it |
| Typical jobs | Renovation, demo, re-roof, ongoing construction | Chute piles, bulk trash, vegetation, storm debris, illegal dumping |
On a tower you cannot put a container on the fourteenth floor. The crew runs debris down a chute into a pile or bin at grade — and that pile grows all day, mixed, oversized and right in the way of everyone else on site. A roll-off swap only helps until the box is full again, and half the volume is airspace around a broken pallet.
A grapple clears the whole pile in one pass, oversized pieces included, and leaves the chute landing open. Run it on a standing schedule through heavy interior demo or drywall phases, and call it in when a push day gets ahead of you.
Crew keeps working the floors. Debris lands at grade instead of riding an elevator down.
Mixed C&D, drywall scrap, crating, packaging and the oversized pieces that jam a container.
Grapple loads straight off the ground — no laborers pulled off the job to hand-load a box.
Chute never backs up, the site stays inspection-ready, and the schedule does not slip.
Run them together. Most towers we work with keep roll-offs on site for the steady material and put the grapple on call for the chute landing — same hauler, same invoice, and nobody pointing fingers when something needs to move today.
Furniture, mattresses, appliances, pallets and crating — loaded whole instead of broken down and stuffed into a container.
Limbs, trunks and stump material picked straight off the ground so your crew can keep cutting instead of dragging debris to a box.
Vegetative debris after a named storm, for contractors, commercial properties, associations and municipal contracts.
Someone dumped a load on your site overnight. We clear it, document it and dispose of it legally so the liability is not sitting on your parcel.
One pass to clear the scattered debris a walk-through will flag, without tying up a container slot you need for production material.
Bulk and vegetative collection, right-of-way cleanup and dumping response. SAM.gov registered for federal, state and local contracts.
