Can You Service My Address?

Built on Service

Short answer: yes. South Florida regulates commercial waste city by city, but that is our problem to solve, not yours. One call and one point of contact, wherever the job is.

The short answer

Tell us the address and we will take care of it. We serve Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties — roll-off containers, commercial front-load, grapple, compactors, aggregates and site services. Across our service area there is very little we cannot arrange.

Some of that we run on our own trucks. Occasionally, where a municipality collects or franchises a particular service, we coordinate it for you instead — you still deal with one company, one point of contact and one conversation. You should not have to learn municipal waste law to rent a dumpster.

Why South Florida is different

Florida lets each city decide how commercial solid waste is collected inside its limits. Some award a franchise to one hauler, some license any qualified hauler, some collect it themselves, and several treat construction debris differently from everyday trash. Two jobs a mile apart can sit under completely different rules.

Almost nobody outside the industry knows this, and there is no single public source that lays it out. It is the main reason a contractor gets a container delivered on one job and a phone call on the next.

How we handle it

We keep a working map of all 29 jurisdictions we operate across — which service lines are open where, what each city requires, and who to call when something is restricted. We maintain it because we have to, and it means you get a straight answer in a phone call instead of a week of chasing.

  • Most of the time we just deliver. Roll-off and construction work is open across almost the entire service area.
  • Where a service is restricted, we coordinate it. You get one contact and one conversation rather than being handed a phone number and left to it.
  • Some lines are open everywhere. Aggregate supply, concrete and asphalt recycling and portable restrooms are not municipal collection, so they work at any address we serve.

What to tell us

Three things get you an answer on the first call:

  1. The address. Not the ZIP — city limits and ZIP codes do not line up here, and the address is what determines the rules.
  2. What is going in. Construction debris, everyday commercial trash, clean concrete, vegetation and bulk all sit under different rules and different equipment.
  3. When you need it. Same-day and next-day where we have capacity.

Call (954) 772-6440 or book online. If there is anything unusual about your address, we will tell you what it means and what we can do — before you commit to anything.
